The owner is also open to discussing a potential sale of the unit at the conclusion of the initial one‑year rental term. 

Pricing

The rental rate is $4,800 per month, with a matching $4,800 security deposit. A $250 final cleaning fee is required at the end of the tenancy. HOA dues are paid by the owner and are included in the monthly rent. 

House Rules

The building has fewer than 15 units and is maintained as a quiet, respectful environment. All occupants and their guests are expected to be considerate of noise levels and interactions with neighboring residents. Repeated complaints may result in removal from the property in accordance with the lease provisions regarding disturbances. Pets are not permitted in the unit, and the presence of an animal is grounds for eviction. 

Utilities
